Does the price I see on screen include fitting, new valves, wheel balancing and old tyre disposal or do I pay extra for that?

The prices quoted by us over the phone or the price you see online is a fully fitted price. Our fitted prices include us fitting the tyre cleaning the rims sealing them with a special paste solution. Fitting new valves, wheel balancing and using stick on weights where needed and we take away your old tyres also. There are no separate charges for anything I mentioned above.

How about tracking is this also included?

A lot of people get  tracking and wheel balancing confused. Tacking is a mechanical adjustment of the steering wheels to make sure they are correctly aligned. When changing tyres this is not affected therefore it is not needed. Wheel alignment or tracking both both are the same thing. When your tyre are replaced the mobile tyre fitter will take a look at the wear of your tyres if they are wearing more on the inner or outer edges they will let you know. The tyre guys do not carry on wheel alignment mobile the main reason being is because a ramp is needed so the vehicle can be lifted and when we fit tyres at home or your works address this is impossible to do. Our tyre technicians will advise you if any of this needs to be done.

How do I find my tyre size?

The best way to find your tyre size is to physically go look on the vehicle itself. We know from experience that databases, which display your tyre size when you enter your registration, are not always correct therefore to avoid disappointment and to save you and us time please take a quick glance on the sidewall of your tyres. You are looking out for three sets of numbers i.e. 205/55/R16 the numbers and letter after this 91V is the load rating and speed rating of the tyre.

Up

How do I pay for my tyres?

Payment is only taken once your tyres are fitted, our mobile vans carry with them a mobile chip and pin terminal we accept all major Credit and Debit cards. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express cards or cheques. If you cant pay by any of the above methods we are willing to accepts cash but please be aware that our fitters do not hold cash in the van therefore correct change may not be given.

Our tyre changers can do any size from 13inch to 26 inch, 4x4 tyres, Van tyres, Low Profile tyres, Run Flat Tyres everything is covered.
